Frenuloplasty Post surgery. Pls guide!

Hi, i hav done with frenuloplasty.I got around 5-6 stitches.Dr gave me anti-biotics  and asked to apply betadin cream 3-4 times on the stitches. After 3 days one of my stitch came out and it was hurting the foreskin so i manually removed it and same has been conveyed to dr. He Said just continue with betadin cream. On 3rd day the open ends of stitches started affecting the other part of foreskin,i conveyed this to dr and has received same advice. I get hurt while applying betadin and putting back foreskin back to normal position. Now from 5-6 day after waking up in morning i observed that some blood has came out and it got clot outside. I cleaned the area and did follow up to dr, he said the open ends are causing the problem. But i feel that this bleeding only occur during erection which generally occurs during sleep. Today in afternoon also i observed bleeding and some blood was coming out of the stitch which was removed earlier. But when i clean the blood it doesn't appear. pls guide
