Had hairline fracture in base of 2nd Metacarpel. 3 months have gone but still there is pain .Is it normal? Or should I go for nerve check? Which test is better for detecting nerve damage? USG or MRI?

Nerve check is done by NCS, not mri or usg.
Though, you should 1st get evaluated in person, to clinically assess if at all it is nerve related pain or not
