my nephew aged around ..4 years is found to have a mosquito bites on his body..and he gets fever at intervals..what medicine shall i give him for instant relief?.does all mosquito bites indicate of having a dengue or maleria?..

If there is a periodicity or pattern to your nephew's fever, then malaria needs to be ruled out in view of mosquito bites.
Symptomatic relief of fever can be achieved using Paracetamol orally, as would have already been advised during your prior pediatric visits.

Paracetamol should work just fine for fever. You can sponge him to bring down the temperature faster. Also make sure he drinks plenty of fluids to prevent dehydration.
All mosquito bites are not indicative of malaria or dengue. Only way to be 100% sure is by blood tests
