Found a small drop of milk secreting

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I am worried I just saw a small drop of milk ozing out. When I pressed harder more 1-2drops was ozzing out... What does this mean am I going to be pregnant... I did have sex... On 17th of oct and today I saw one drop of milk secreting... I also took a home pregnancy test on 4th nov...but it was negative... What has happened can u plz tell me... It's really required.
