I have been experiencing itching and foul smell from vagina. sometimes pain and burning sensation too. kindly help.

This looks like Candidiasis. You need to show a gynaecologist to confirm the same. Wash thoroughly and wipe it dry with a clean towel. clean and dry inner wear twice a day ....You should change.
