Foul smell from vagina

Asked for Female, 24 Years

There is a foul smell from my vaginal especially after urinating. I use external pH balance vaginal wash which I was prescribed a year ago for minor fungal infection. During intercourse I felt little pain. Not sexually active as of now. Is the fungal infection still prevailing? Can I take any ITC medicine?

Your having severe vaginal infection take full course of antibiotics for trichomonas and fungal both at a time if possible give treatment to your partner also and don't meet for 7 days.
