Forskin tearing off while having sex.

Hello. Me any my boyfriend were have sex the other day when suddenly he felt something breaking. He removed his penis to see that is was bleeding. He went to the washroom to clean that up. Later on we saw properly so it seemed that the tip of the foreskin has detached.he has had sex many times but this never happened..But this time I believe because of the forceful action it may have ripped of..But there is a small piece of skin still attached to the tip of the foreskin which got ripped off from the inner part of the penis.is it ok to happen..What are the precautions to be taken...Any ointment to use...We both r scared because it happened for the first time although I have heard of it happening with many men. Plz help.
