I forgot if i took my glimpiside once or twice, they are 4 mgs, my sugar isn't low yet, my sugar is average 180,

Anti diabetic medicines glimpiside should be taken regularly at prescribed dose. Blood sugar level should be in strict control with fasting sugar below 140mg/dl and post lunch blood sugar below 180mg/dl. Irregularities in anti diabetic medicines may lead to long-term effects on kidney, heart, eyes, blood vessels and nerves.
If u have missed just a sinlge dose in many days then it doesn't matter. But I recommend not to miss even a sinlge dose.
