Im 28 years old male. not married. one year back i pulled back my foreskin on my penis. and didn't restored it to original position. for one week i had lot of pain then its fine. for one year my foreskin kept like that. now i restored to front. my penis head become sensitive. can i pull it back and leave it like that?
