hello.
if you have a tight foreskin or foreskin which is not retractable. you can surely have sex, not a problem. but you need to show to a surgeon. the condition is called phimosis.
circumcision is necessary as it may cause problems.
circumcision is a very small procedure, which takes up about Max 10 mins.
