Foreskin not retracting

Asked for Male, 24 Years

Hi I am 25 year old unmarried boy,my foreskin is not getting retract backward during sexual intercourse. For 1-2 intercourse it didn't move backward. but during last intercourse it got backward and it hurt very badly, I had push it to its original position, then the pain went away. What are my options other than getting operated. Please advice what should I do
