I am 18 years old guy and i observed that when i pull my penis outerforeskin back it get pulled upto glans completely but after glans overs it couldnot be pulled because i saw there is a little piece of skin which doesn't let it go down completely and doesn't let the inner foreskin to appear fully what to do doctor?
