Foreskin infection and unable to retract
My foreskin got swollen and red for few days with infection but it cured after some day. But after onwards the foreskin color got changed slightly to blackish red and not able to pull it back like earlier and it's painful during inter course and the upper skin gets raptured. Its almost 2 months now from the initial infection time. Is it a Paraphimosis? If yes then what doctor I need to visit and does it require surgery ? Please guide me

not all cases needs surgery
