I'm 25 years old uncircumcised man. I wash underneath of foreskin daily with lukewarm water. I've got balanitis in 2 times a year & it is cured by taking homoeopathic medicine. Presently again, I get balanitis & it is cured without any medication. My penis head looks dry & oily nature under the foreskin is gone. Is is normal to have dry penis head & got balanitis?
