Foreskin cuts of my penis
I am a diabetic and i was recently done with angioplasty with one stent. Recently i have observed that my foreskin cuts of my penis and the foreskin is too sensitive to move forward and backward and i have observed white substance on penis also.

Looks like infection of penis skin . I suspect your diabetes is poorly control . Please get HbA1C and Fasting Blood sugar and revert back
