Foreskin connected to neck of the penis
When I get erection my foreskin would not go back itself I had to pull it by force even I force it I feel pulling down at neck of the penis as skin is conjoined there.. is it possible to cut that skin at neck of penis or else should I apt to circumsition ??? Plz help
