Nope i will not be very painfull...see durinh surgery they give Anesthesia so i effect of that u will not get even 1 percent pain...and about post operative there are many painnkillers prescribe by Doctors because of that pain can easily be reduced...so dont have fear if u r having problem then go for surgery....
