Fordyce spots on the penis outer skin

On the outer skin of my penis, I have a cluster of Fordyce spots and increasing nowadays. As am worried about these spots. How to heel this permanently, As it is so annoying when penis erects. Please, I need the help from Urologist and Dermatologist.
