Please do consult your physician to assess requirement of Vitamin B12, D3 supplements. Your physician can also recommend if a routine blood sugar analysis needs to be done. Conditions like cervical and lumbar spondylosis may also cause tingling in arms and legs.
Next Steps
Post medical opinion, please do seek consultation from a Physiotherapist for exercises.
Health Tips
Do not perform exercises involving extreme positions or weights till diagnosis is confirmed. Any position causing an increase in tingling should be avoided.

Yes as mentioned above vit B12, vit D3 (colecalciferol) if not severely deficient, you could try 1000 IU. However ask a general physician. The other thing is a lack of magnesium in the body could bring this on. So take a multivitamin with magnesium. Now about tingling in your face: Any numbness along your face Any problems with vision, speech or any tingling of the tongue? Weakness of one side of arm and leg If these, you need to see a neurologist.
Next Steps
also some low grade stretching, regular walking which is slowly built up over a month to 40 mins or so. Start with 15 to 20 mins or so, flat ground.
Health Tips
Yea, Vit D is very important, almost everyone is needing it as a result of staying indoors (out of the sun).
