For routine dental
Respected Sir or mam yesterday I went to my dentist for a routine check. Up. They check and happy for maintaining it my practising oral hygiene and they told me I can  use Clohex Ads Anti discoloration system mouthwash for a long term which is a brand of a Dr reddy which come in green colour . They told me in a 2 time I should brush my teeth and in a lunch time after completing a lunch I can use the mouthwash with a litle dilutation of a water and mouthwash but my question is that using mouthwash will not lead to standing teeth and calculus. Which mouthwash is good for using long term which will. Not make staining in your teeth
