I am trying for pregnancy.my last period was Jan 31,still no period for me.in ultrasound scan I got ET size as 7.6mm I am very much confused is still I have a chance for pregnancy.

Since jan 31 if you hvnt got periods then definitely chances of pregnancy are there. Do a beta hcg blood test. If negative then tk withdrawl with meprate and go for ovulation induction nd follicular monitoring
