For my 10 days old newborn baby girl.

I delivered baby at 34 week pregnancy. i went into labor. i had emergency c-section on 4th August. my baby passed stool in womb and had severe infection in lungs due to it (WBC 1lakh count). till now she is now on feeding pipe which goes to her stomach. also she is on oxygen support (minimum level). i tried breastfeeding but she is not sucking and Swallowing even with a spoon or bottle. also she is not leaving her oxygen support. want to know can it be due to prematurity or could the reason be something else all her test results are normal including mri of brain,EEG and abg. please suggest. here doctor is saying there could be rear disease in my baby. but i don't feel it's very severe. i think all she needs time in NICU for her body to develop. Now her WBC count is 28k.
