Hello sir I had sex with a prostitute age 20 on 16/1/19, while intercouse of two time condom tored fully before sperm coming out, at the next second she draged me out and i squeezed my penis and some water i took it out and then i washed with soap and also urinated. Next day i got PEP pill from sexologist doctor but I'm scared to take it bcoz he didn't give any prescription and also no name in the tablet just gave me in a naked plastic bottle for 30days. I started taking on every night till today. Then 19th i took that girl to take pcr rna hiv test and today report is also negative. Now I'm confused whether i should take that pill or not..

You have already started taking the tablets then its a waste if you stop midway. The girl still might have infection in very early stages. Sometimes it takes months for accurate detection after the infection.
My advice is for you to finish the 1 month tablets because already you are on day 19.
No harm in it but might really prevent you from getting the infection.
And if possible ask the girl to start a course too if she is also doubtful. That way you can help someone too.

Get your HIV status checked again after 3 months in any case for confirmation of no infection.
