Foot swelling suddenly

Asked for Male, 42 Years

No complaints in the past. No sugar n BP so far atleast till last six months. Today my wife suddenly found swelling in the feet(both). She does working from home IT JOB since long She does usual household work n recently physical work also increased due to no maids. Any remedy plz. Whom should I consult
