It seems soft tissue injury so you should go for R.I.CE.[Rest, Icing,compression stocking or crepe bandage & Elevation on pillow while lying;Don't hang leg much]. Icing for 4-5 times for 10-12min. You can use DFO Gel. Take anti-inflammatory like Etoshine90 once in a day. Stil it's there after 2 days or not relieving at all in one day then show once to nearby OrthoSurgeon rule out fracture doubt with x-ray. If it's not fracture then it will go in min. 3-4 days. Take care

Hello.. Since too much of pain n swelling is there , better to meet an orthopedician Do  necessary investigations Take medicines as prescribed

Do RICE (Rest Ice Compression and Elevation) of the swollen area. Meet an orthopaedician and Do X ray to rule out fracture. Meet an experienced physiotherapist for the further treatment and pain relief.
