One day my foot get twisted during running and its been more than 15 days and still the pain is same.

Give support to ur foot. Wear comfortable shoes like sports shoes. Also use ice pack on it. Apply crape bandage and visit to the Physiotherapist

Use cold compression ,10 mins hot pack 10 mins cold pack use alternately for 2 weeks and apply crape bandage while walking
