Hi. You need to improve your digestive system initially. Regularly use water boiled with jeera for drinking purpose. Use amalaki (amla) churna 2tsp with cream of boiled milk with a pinch of pacchakarpuram in empty stomach in morning. Regularly apply shatadhauta gruta for foot massage. Do 30 mins yoga and pranayama every day.
