Foot and mouth Disease
My son has a flu for past 3 days, he also has a fever 38 in temp and eventually  get well.  we already Notice blisters in his legs and chest after the fever. We already Gave him Dimetap But the flu never get treated to this Med. Please advise.

without seeing the skin lesion not able to comment over that... as fever is decrese so dont be in panic.. take pediatrician opinion personally for skin lesion

Viral infections are self limiting illnesses they may persist for 7 to 10 days. you need to give only symptomatic treatment.
