Food to take in 1st trimester of pregna
I'm pregnant for last 1 month. Can I drink turmaric milk daily as I read it's not good during pregnancy. So I'm having doubt. And which food we should avoid during pregnancy and what sort basic exercises we should do during this time

You can have turmeric milk if it suits you. Digestion is slow in pregnancy so avoid food accordingly. Eat fully cooked  small frequent meals. Avoid spicy food .exercises allowed only if already doing . Just do deep breathing and light walk after meals if no contraindications.

Hi. Turmeric milk can be taken if it suits you. Avoid oily , spicy food in preg as it can cause gastritis .avoid food from outside .

Don't indulge in diet which U hav never tried before.... Due to pregnancy hormones there may be slower bowel movements and hyperacidity generally.... So eat small frequent meals with plenty of water. Turmeric milk too.... It's ur choice no contraindication medically. Exercises again.... If u already r used to any particular exercise continue doing it....
