My daughter is 13 month old.i would like to switch from breastmilk to cow or buffalo milk? Which milk should be given? How many times in a day? How much ml should be given?when to give? Pls suggest

There is no benefit of giving any kind of milk now. It's a placebo only. Switch to full diet slowly while completely stopping breast feeds. Don't keep on asking people about which milk to give. Just STOP MILK

You can start cow milk now.Start with small amount of milk per day and gradually increase the amount.Better not to dilute the milk. Continue breastfeeding as long as possible till 2yrs of age.

Better to continue breast feeding till two years of age..however you can reduce the frequency....at 13 months of age usually better to keep the quantity of milk as low as possible 1_2 glass max(you can divide into small quantity as per demand ) better to increase the other parts of the food like salad , veggies,egg, ghee, chapati or rice , dal
