I woke up with extreme knee pain and stomach pain. I went to the bathroom and when I was leaving, I started feeling weird and passed out for a minute or two. I also passed out later that day on my way to the walk in clinic. Blood test showed that my blood sugar level was well over double what it should have been, elevated amount of ketones and there was an elevated amount of E.coli in my urine sample but I had had a bought of diarrhea earlier that day. I woke up and was fine the next morning.
