Food poisoning

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I did diarrhea and had high fever, felt cold&hot all night on 7th. So I visited hospital on 8th morning, doctor said I had food poisoning. So I got medicine about stop diarrhea, anti-poison and stopping-fever. And now 10th, other symptom is stopped but still feel dizzy and have black poo. Is it normal process to be cured? Or do I need to visit hospital again?
