Food infection, motions, and vomiting

Asked for Male, 58 Years

My father had motions and vomiting recently and became weak. He consulted local doctor here in Warangal. They did all the tests and gave him medicines for a 20 day period. I am seeing him after 14months and he looked very thin like he lost like 5-10 kgs. I am concerned about his weight loss and turning weaker. Even his stomach is bulging out. Please let me know if you can help me understand his condition.
