My wife is 6-7 weeks pregnant. 1. Is it better to use protein x powder ? 2. Are avocados good for her ? we never ate them till now, but bought now for her n kept for ripening She is taking follinz , Thyranorm , Naturogest tablets so above 2 give any side effects along with use of tablets ?
