  4. Food for baby. 4th month. pls advise.

Hi doctor My kid enters to 4th month this 8th July, his birth weight was 3kg, now it's 5.7kgs. I exclusively breastfeed him...from last week I observe his gums have become stronger, he's kinda chew nipples while feeding. Shall go forward and give him a small portion of banana or apple puree or cerelac along with breastfeeding from 4th month. Pls advise. Thank you.

No. Exclusively Breast feed him for 6 months and you can start complementary feeds after that
