It’s obvious you’re a very conscientious mother, children are doing well with 15.5 kg, don’t worry. They need 8-10 hrs of sleep at least, no harm giving them 1-2 hrs more. Both of them require close to 1300 kcal distributed in 5-6 feeds spaced every 2-3 hrs.1/2 litres of milk with a spoonful of sugar in every 200ml is ok. All cereals, pulses, vegetables, fruits, an egg a day , a few bland cooked non-veg like chicken, fish 3 days a week, minced will be sufficient, if the baby has been accepting well .Do avoid salt, spices and any strong taste items .
Health Tips
Avoid giving them salt, junks, chips , biscuits .
