Food allergy
When he gets food allergy his lips,tongue&throat swell up.He is taking Allegra120 tablet. When he is eating the same food after few days, he is not getting allergy. He is getting allergy for some other food item. He got severe allergy yesterday and his BP was very low. Allegra120 didn't work and we had to admit him in hospital. Now he is ok. He is confused what to eat and what not to eat. He has diabetes, BP and cholesterol problems. But all his reports are normal including kidney, liver and ECG tests. please suggest us what to do. Why is this happening to him? What could be the reason? Is this food allergy or something else?

Hi.... Consider dietary changes. Low-fat, high-carbohydrate diets may increase insulin levels, so you may want to consider a low-carbohydrate diet .. Don't severely restrict carbohydrates; instead, choose complex carbohydrates, which are high in fiber. The more fiber in a food, the more slowly it's digested and the more slowly your blood sugar levels rise....Avoid the foods which you are allergic to it...
