Follicullar study
First cycle ,I was given letrozole 2.5mg (d3-d5), On day 11, scan read, One 18mm follicle and endometrial thickness 8.2mm, continued on letrozole for 3 more consecutive cycles, without scan. On 5th cycle, precribed 2.5mg letrozole with Humog 75 injection on d3 and d7. Scan on day 12 showed only one follicle which ruptured and endo thickness of 6.8mm. Previously before medications, also scan showed trilaminar endometrium with 8.2mm thickness on Day 9. What could have caused my lining to become thin ? How can this be cured/improved??
