No dominant follicles means?I have pcod on my 11 th day small follicles then 13th day 11×9mm then 16th and 20 th day no dominant follicles?Can u explain?

Dominant follicle means size of follicle will be 20 mm.It is ready for rupture.After rupture when it will meet to sperm then chances of pregnancy will be more.But dominant follicle we should get by 12-14 day of period.
