Follicular Study. Can she get pregnant?

My wife have undergone follicular study. On day 4 and 6 after LMP , injection has ben given to grow multiple follicles. On day 9, did TVS and reported that follicles are not mature and endometrium thickness was 3.6mm. Doctor prescribed with evatone tablet. On day 11, there were 2 follicles and both were mature, one with 18×18 mm and other with 23x23 mm of size. On day 11, injection has been given for egg rupture. On day 13 TVS, doctor said the eggs are released and endometrium thicknesses 9 mm. Doctor advised to have intercourse from day 10 till day 14 and suggested for strone 200 tablet for vaginal take. Today is day 17 and we are following it. My questions are 1) Can the eggs been seen on TVS after rupture. Because in report it was written as egg released. But no measurements. 2) Can she get pregnant
