Follicular Study
I have pcod. My periods are on time but flow is less and last for 2 days only. I am trying to conceive from last 1 year but no success. My all other test are fine(AMH, HSG). Except prolactin level for which I am taking medicine. My husband semen report is also fine. Should I go for follicular study for one month more. Or it will be of no use as I will be making relation with husband alternate day even if I don't go for follicular study this month. What should I do ?

Follicular study is helpful to track if you have normal follicular growth and to adjust drugs for stimulation. But, appropriate planning based on Ur results will help you to decide next step.

Hi. If you tried for 1yr, there is no harm to go for follicular study. You should know wheather follicles are forming or not. For further information please contact me in direct consult.

Follicular study is not mandatory if you are not on ovulation inducing medications and your periods are regular.Make sure your prolactin levels are under control as that affects ovulation.
