I have a functional follicular cyst of 4.4cm of benign morphologiacal features on my left ovary,I'm having irregular frequent periods which happened twice. Will this cyst go away naturally or a surgery is needed?

What is the suggestion of your doctor .Has she given any medication because size is less than 5 so chances r there it may be go off with medication you try medicine atleast for 3 months.
