Asked for Female, 30 Years

I have pcod prob i am 30 year old in March I have concieved by mis carried in 6 weak this time I am again planning so my doc suggested for follicle scan on cd 19 my size was 15*13*11 and pod is free and endometrium was 11mm bt I have done intercourse is there chances to concieve or again I will go through miscarriage after cd 19 my doc told me that growth is slow will try in next cycle soo what can I do now
