Follicle growth. Tablets and injection.

Hai..iam 26 years old female with PCod...I have irregular periods...my doctor prescribed me to use ovacet for 3 months...from day 2 she given goodova 50 mg tablet 2times per a day for 5 days...now iam under Follicular monitoring on my 3rd time...i was very disappointed with previous reports .. because my follicles was not growing...madam given hmg 75iu...even though it was not grow...now 3rd time iam under Follicular monitoring...today is my 7th day my right ovary has only one follicle 10*10 mm...left ovary has multiple small follicles... endometrium thickness is 3.9 mm...madam can u pls suggest me why follicles are not growing faster...my height 5.4 inches.. and weight is 53 kg...why iam not responding to tablets and injection...pls madam help me..iam trying to get pregnancy...
