Was diagnosed with Foliculitis a week ago, was put on anti biotics and an anti bacterial cream, the anti biotics have run out and a slight itchiness has re occured (very bearable tho) my cream is about to run out and what i am left with is slight redness around the affected area and red spots to where the foliculitis was is there any way i can elimate these symptoms quickly with out more antio biotics?

I would advise yo to consult with your dermatologist so as to evaluate if the lesions are still infective or not, so that antibiotics maybe changed and resumed(if infective). You could follow the following steps to help control it:
- Wash your face thoroughly and regularly with a face wash
- Virgin coconut oil, neem oil, turmeric, aloe vera applied on the infected areas have shown to help reduce it
- Drink plenty of water(Increase your intake to 3liters/day.
- Hot water compress will also ease itching and reduce inflammation linked with folliculitis.
- Maintain proper hygeine by washing hands and keeping it clean, changing bed sheets and pillow covers regularly
