My follicle sizes were 20*20, 18*18 in one side and 18*18 on the other side on the 15th day. They gave Hcg on the same day, today is 18th day of period the follicle size got decreased. Is that fine? Is that signify I'm ovulating?

Ovulation ultrasound needs to be done to know that. If follicle collapsed along with free fluid in pod then there is ovulation

Rupture can be documented only by the ultrasound
After rupture the egg should not be seen
Free fluid should be seen
