Hi ,
I am undergoing follicle study. My FSH , LH , AMH and prolactin levels are normal. Today is my 15th day. I am attaching ovolution study report here. Is it normal? Can i conceive in this month? Left overy is bulky but right overy is cyst free and DF is observed in right overy. Is my ET suze normal?

Your Left ovary is too big. It needs to be tackled by laparoscopy.
Endometrial thickness is also unsatisfactory.
I think you should go for management of the huge Left ovary. You may try for conception in next cycle.
