Folic Acid consumption before planning
How many months before we need to start taking folic acid for planning pregnancy. Also, I am dealing with endo cyst in both ovaries however is it favourable to consume folic acid for planning pregnancy? I have consulted few Gynic and none of them have suggested any pre medication for me yet.
