Post c section after catheter removal urine came with burning sensation and bit foamy. waited till 6 weeks to resolve on it own. but it didn't go away.

Get a urine culture test done
Increase fluid intake
Meet a doctor in person for examination as perineal excoriation also gives you a burning sensation if urine has no infection
