As I have fibrodenoma doctor asked me for fnac test.it found complex fibrodenoma.but now I feel some pain or stretch in that fibroid where test was performed.what to do my ivf is to be done with estrogen

Usually it wont affect your treatment.
Start antibiotic and pain killer for some relief.
Estrogens are used to prepare your endometrium, this is for embryo transfer.
